Office Upgrade

We are excited to share a big office upgrade, after treating families in the community for nearly 30 years within our space – this upgrade was long overdue!

As an office, we believe in the importance of investing in our patients and families. These improvements reflect our commitment to providing excellent care, a comfortable environment, and an experience that supports our patients and families at every visit.

The focus of our renovation was to improve the comfort, safety, and quality of care for our patients and families. Our updated space now includes a new panoramic imaging machine for clearer diagnostics and treatment planning, upgraded vacuum and compressor systems for improved performance and reliability, new operatory chairs and cabinetry for comfort and function, and new flooring throughout the office for functionality.

We’re especially excited to have sourced our equipment with A-dec, a trusted leader in dentistry known for exceptional craftsmanship, ergonomic design, and long-term reliability. A-dec is a family owned business based in Oregon, manufacturing all of their products and equipment in America. Their reputation spans over 60+ years with a focus on thoughtful design and lasting quality.

Their operatory chairs and delivery systems are designed with both patient comfort and clinician efficiency in mind—helping our team provide gentle, high-quality care while keeping our patients comfortable and supported throughout their visits.

Our office specifically worked with A-dec representative Jake Salmond, who ensured that our choices as an office accurately reflected our clinical needs. Jake supported us through site visits during our preliminary discussions and with two different showroom experiences so that we could visualize and use the equipment prior to installation in our office.

We also want to thank Meg Simmons with Henry Schein, whose expertise and guidance were instrumental in bringing this project together. Meg’s knowledge as an equipment specialist with Henry Schein and her experience with our office made her a perfect partner in this project.

The office previously had a mix of different flooring throughout – carpet, vinyl, tile – you name it and it likely existed within some space in the office. As the previous flooring was no longer holding up, we looked for an option that we knew would be durable and practical for our space.

Richland Flooring, a family-owned South Jersey-based business, helped to ensure the right choice for our office while tackling the task of updating the entire space. They worked so well within the tight timeline of the renovation, as well as with the phasing and coordination of the other vendors involved.
