Give Kids a Smile is a national program to help provide undeserved children with free oral health services. This effort is supported by the American Dental Association Foundation and the New Jersey Dental Association. Give Kids a Smile Day falls on the first Friday in February, when events are held nationwide to help provide children with access to dental care.
Locally, on February 7th, the RCBC dental hygiene clinic provided free dental care for children 13 years and under in recognition of this day. Last year’s event provided almost $70,000 in free dental treatment to 93 Burlington and Camden County School District children.
Our team members – Dana, Dr. Amanda, and Lily – participated in this day by providing free dental treatment and cleanings to local children.
Our team supports Give Kids a Smile Day and the mission of this program – every child deserves a healthy smile.
