Our team was honored to play a role in Nurturing Smiles MLK Day of Service. This event offered free dental screenings, oral health education, and connections to essential community resources for students and families from the Philadelphia Virtual Academy.
The Harcum College Dental Hygiene Department was involved with first-year dental hygiene students who volunteered their time and supplies towards the event. Babbie Pediatric Dental provided donations that our patients and parents truly love – from engaging toys by Melissa & Doug to trusted oral care tools from Philips Sonicare.

This nonprofit is dedicated to improving dental care for families, mothers, and children, especially during pregnancy and early motherhood. By providing education, preventative care, and community support, they help to close the gap in oral health services for underserved families.
